This membership includes unlimited attendance. You can come any day, Monday through Saturday. This includes any classes and our open gym times and a supervised kid area at 9 AM.

This membership is limited to 3 days a week and can be any day that you chose Monday through Saturday.

Foundations Class

3 Sessions for $75

Focusing on the key movements of Fitness. This is a one-on-one session with Coach Jamie Bengtson.
